Why is my order late?

The estimated delivery time is 8-14 days, but due to the current worldwide situation (COVID-19), some packages might be delayed. If your delivery date has passed, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.  

How do I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, you'll receive an email update with the tracking number. You can also check the Track Your Order section. 

Where does my order ship from?

At WarmthNest, we own a few warehouses across the United States and Europe, but most of the packages ship directly from Asia from our main production warehouse.

Which payment options do you offer?

We accept payment through VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL. Full list of all payment options available to each customer is displayed at checkout.

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card and personal information are encrypted during every transaction by using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption standard. 

Why doesn't my tracking number work?

Please allow a couple of days after you receive the shipping confirmation email. The information will be available once the shipping service finalizes the package registration in their system. 

I'm unhappy with my order, can I return the product for a refund?

I have placed my order with the wrong shipping address/phone number
