Return & Refund Policy

We are more than happy to offer you a period of 30 days to use any of our products and achieve your desired outcome. However, if you are unhappy with your choice, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund anymore.

Instead of returning your item, you can get in touch with us (Contact Us) at any time. We understand how much CO2 is being released into the environment as part of the returns process, so just tell us what went wrong and we'll offer a full refund. Then, if possible, you can recycle the product or donate it to a local Charity Centre. 

To complete your refund, please contact us through the 'Contact Ussection or write to us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If that still doesn't help, get in touch with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
